Everything you need to know about our plans and billing
You can change your plan at any time from your account settings. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features and be charged a prorated amount. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle — you'll keep your current features until then.
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account page. After cancellation, you'll continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. Your account will then revert to the Free plan automatically.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days, contact our support team for a full refund. After 7 days, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Annual plans can be refunded prorated within the first 30 days.
Your AI request quota resets on the 1st of each month at midnight (UTC). Unused requests do not roll over to the next month. If you upgrade mid-cycle, your new higher limit takes effect immediately.
You'll see a friendly reminder suggesting an upgrade. You can still view your saved itineraries and use all other features available in your current tier. Your remaining features are never locked.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). All payments are securely processed through our payment partner with industry-standard encryption. We never store your card details on our servers.
